    CANCELLATION POLICY

    Cancellation requests received in writing by Friday, February 1, 2019, will be refunded, less a $50 administrative fee. Requests received after Friday, February 1, 2019 will not be refunded.

    Fellows, residents and students wishing to participate in the Vascular Forum at Strandness are required to submit a letter from their program director, on institutional letterhead, that confirms their active fellowship or resident/student status.     EducatIONal grant registration subsidies

    This educational activity provides training necessary for licensed attendees to maintain state licensing requirements. The tuition for this educational activity is subsidized in part by unrestricted educational grants, including for those attendees who have successfully completed the state licensing requirements for their respective fields.
